On Saturday the Spanish national team will face Denmark who leads Group 4. The reigning European champions can afford to make a small mistake at the start of the Nations League. The sporting significance was different after all. They start the campaign against Serbia and the match ended in a 0-0 draw, which was not what everyone expected. After all, it only took three days for the result to improve very quickly. Although Switzerland was anything but an easy opponent Spain were happy with the final result 4-1. Their third opponent Denmark is far from easy team to crack. Both teams will meet directly again for the first time since 2008. Denmark really got off to a very promising start in the Nations League. First they won vs Switzerland 2-0 then they achieved the same result against the Serbs. But in the three-pointer against the national team, the Danes also benefited from luck and strong final minutes. Both goals were scored shortly before the final whistle, the second in injury time.
